The aim is to record the service and association data on individual branch veterans and to archive this historical data for future generations, including family and other Patricias. 

If the Calgary Branch biographical collection works well, then the whole project may be extended to all Association branches, if they want to participate. As well, the project will go electronic in that any member with access to the Internet will be able to complete the appropriate digital form and send, not worrying about postage. 

Privacy is also an issue. In development of the project all efforts will be made to ensure bio information is protected from the general public, but available to other Association members, and PPCLI RHQ. The Calgary Branch OPI for the Branch bio collection is Don Millwater. The Association webmaster will work in concert and in accordance with directions provided by Don.
